
Not even launched yet, but the latest processor chip Dimensity 9400 has set a new record in AnTuTu benchmarks. Through the device vivo X200 Pro driven by the new Dimensity 9400, it has managed to obtain a high score of 3007853 points. So, what should you know about it?
When compared to the latest AnTuTu score for the fastest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 available at the moment, it only scored 2043275 points. That overall means the Dimensity 9400 is 47 per cent faster than the new Qualcomm flagship chip. The biggest achievement given to the AnTuTu score for the Dimensity 9400 was in the GPU category, where the chip scored 1322761 points or 44 per cent of the total.

In addition, the Dimensity 9400 is indeed known to feature ARM's latest Immortalis-G925 MP12 GPU, and it will be interesting to see how it competes with the A18 Pro's 6-core graphics processor that powers the iPhone 16 Pro and the upcoming Adreno 8 830 Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 later. MediaTek is expected to launch the Dimensity 9400 this October which is said to be the company's first chip mass-produced on TSMC's second-generation 3nm process.
