Recently, Discord has confirmed that a third-party customer service provider of theirs was hacked on 3 October 2025. It has since been revoked. It mainly involves those who have recently contacted Discord’s Customer Support or Trust & Safety agents. Those involved will receive an email from [email protected].
Who is affected?
Discord also said that the hacker was not able to access Discord directly and that no messages or activities were accessed. However, if you were involved then your name, Discord username, email, billing information, documents and so forth could have been accessed.
According to Discord, no credit card numbers or CCV codes were involved but if you have received such an email from Discord then it might be a good idea to change or update those relevant details.
