In his TikTok account, his bio description is just a simple ‘still young’. At the moment, the first and only video that he posted on TikTok is doing the ‘I’m Just A Kid Challenge’ with his wife Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah binti Haji Mohamad Ali. In just one day, the video has already gained more than 1.2 million views, 136.6k of likes, 5481 shares, and 2860 comments including non-Malaysian citizens as well.

Besides that, Dr.Mahathir also owns a Twitter account and has 1.2 million followers, whereas his Instagram account has 1.6 million followers.
