Football is fairly popular in Malaysia, so it wouldn't be surprising if many of you miss the regular weekend action. With the English Premier League on hold until 30 April 2020, it's going to be while more before we can see our favourite stars in action again. But EA Sports has a plan to bring them back together for an online event that many would not have expected.

EA Sports, a group within EA Games that focuses on sports games, has announced the Stay and Play Cup. It's an online event that will bring 20 professional football players from 20 different football clubs that are famous in Europe, to compete with each other through EA Sports latest FIFA 20 game. The event's aim is to entertain fans of football and FIFA 20 and to donate funds to the Global Giving’s Coronavirus Relief Fund.

As a fan, you'll be able to tune in to the Stay and Play Cup on EA Sports Twitch channel. You'll also have the chance to get some rewards by using Twitch Drops. Although EA Sports has published a list of teams that will be participating, we still don't know which players will be taking part in the event. If you want more details, you can check the event page for further details.
