According to ECS Astar’s General Manager, Mr Chuah Kee Heng, he said they are very impressed by the Flash brand. "There is strong demand for Flash Plus 2 from potential buyers especially those who are living in rural areas with limited access to online buying; and also among non-Internet savvy purchasers,” said Mr Yogi Babria, Flash Business Development Director.
Both the online and offline Flash Plus 2 will have the same premium specs with a light price tag, including a metal framework, fingerprint scanner, fast-charging and HiFi while being configured with Helio P10 processor, 5.5-inch screen and stock Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS endowed with a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.
“Flash has incredible after-sale services with four call centres and 19 collection centres nationwide, with friendly and effective real people manning customer service, not an automated self-service system. Our team is ready to provide live chat support for system problems that Flash users encounter. They will link customers to the nearest collection centre, and are available Mondays to Fridays during office hours.
