EPF is experiencing system outages at all branches nationwide, its i-Akaun website and app are also down

The Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) has announced that it is currently experiencing system outages at all its branches nationwide and apologised to all its members for any inconvenience caused. Moreover, the outage is also affecting its online services, including the EPF i-Akaun website and application. 

Taking to its official Facebook page, the statutory body assured that the system outage is expected to be temporary and that it is currently in the midst of rectifying the situation. EPF first revealed the system outage at 10.51am today, with services still being down as of the time of writing.

In another post updating on the situation, EPF announced the services affected by the outage, which are the service systems at its branches, the EPF i-Akaun web access for employees and employers as well as overall access to the EPF i-Akaun app. The statutory body further said that it will be continuously updating members via its official social media accounts regarding the current situation of the outage.
