Planning to use KWSP's (Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja) online services while you're on holiday today? Well, you might be out of luck because the website will be down today. Specifically, the website for the federal government body also known as EPF won't be available from 12 to 9PM.
According to EPF, there will be system disruptions on 2 June 2025 from 12PM to 9PM. This is to allow for system maintenance of EPF's online services. No updates or upgrades were mentioned, so it's probably just regular maintenance to ensure stable operations for EPF. During the maintenance, the following services will be affected:
Member Services
- EPF i-Akaun Application & i-Akaun Web Portal (Members)
- i-Protect
- i-Invest
- Self-Service Terminals (SST)
Employer Services
- i-Account (Employer)
- ePayroll
- Online Employer Registration (ROB & ROC)
Business Partner Services
- i-Account (Business Partner)
