Yes, this isn't an April's Fool Day joke at all. It seems that both Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg from Twitter and Facebook respectively want a piece of each other. How did it all end up like this and will it really happen? Read down below on how the heck all this started.

According to Mario Nawfal, the Founder of Froothie, he may have been the one causing this indirectly. In case you didn't know, Meta was reportedly developing a new platform called 'Threads'. Its function is to be similar to Twitter and Mario threw a few criticism at Meta, which Elon saw and tweeted "I'm sure Earth can't wait to be exclusively under Zuck's thumb with no other options. At least it will be 'sane.' Was worried there for a moment."

After that, a Twitter user replied to Elon's comment with "Better be careful, @elonmusk. I heard he [Zuckerberg] does jujitsu now," and then Elon said, "I'm up for a cage match if he is lol." Now on the internet, we usually would laugh and move on from this comment because it's often depicted as something harmless. However, Zuckerberg responded on his Instagram story with the caption "Send Me Location".

Just so you know, the quote is a reference to MMA fighter Khabib for calling out Conor McGregor. Elon even acknowledged it with a reply "Vegas Octagon" which is a UFC-style arena. According to Mario and various sources, UFC President Dana White claimed he spoke to Elon and Zuckerberg who are "dead serious" about it and Joe Rogan could be the potential referee.

We can't help to think that this could be a publicity stunt or just two grown men who can't stand each other anymore. Either way, the internet wins because this is so amusing and we wouldn't be surprised if the cage match got cancelled due to "reasons".
