If you love getting free games, you might have heard of Epic Games Store (EGS). The Steam competitor is always looking for ways to expand its reach but was accessible only on PCs before this. However, that has changed because you can now use the platform via a mobile app.

According to the announcement, Epic Games Store on mobile is a mobile marketplace for users to "find, purchase, download and play new games and apps for your mobile device". It clearly says that users won't just get to buy PC games but also mobile games. Furthermore, the app is expected to become a hybrid games store for PC, Mac and mobile devices. In other words, the company could also overhaul its standard desktop PC program with this new app.

EGS has confirmed that there will be exclusive games for the mobile games store. Mind you, it's only limited to a few titles like Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League Sideswipe. Third-party games will be supported, so expect to see games like Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact, and more. Also, note that only iPhone users in the European Union can install the mobile EGS app. This is probably due to the Apple vs EGS court case in the US.
