A new report has surfaced online stating that Lenovo is readying a new version of its 2-in-1 Yoga Book (that was launched in Malaysia recently), but this time with Google‘s Chrome OS in tow.

As a recap the Lenovo Yoga Book is a 2-in-1 device that can convert from a laptop to a tablet and back by flipping itself 180 degrees. Thus far two models have been available for sale – an Android version and a Windows 10 version. Both comes with the Halo-keyboard and the support for a stylus. The new version is said to be similar in design and specs, with the OS being the only differentiator.

While the Chrome OS model is designed primarily for the education sector, we can’t help to think the lightweight OS is perfect for those who are looking for a simple machine to use while on the go. It helps that the Yoga Book is a pretty looking device to be seen with. Stay tuned to TechNave for more news on the new Lenovo Yoga Book model.
