Fans are so upset with Warcraft 3: Reforged that Blizzard is now offering instant refunds

If you are a gamer, there's a good chance that you've heard that Warcraft III: Reforged is getting bashed like no tomorrow. In fact, during the first day of release, fans of the franchise were already disappointed and went for a refund. Initially, there were reports that Blizzard shut down forum threads of how to get a refund but now they have acknowledged it

Generally, refunds won't be applicable if you have just bought the game or there is something wrong with the transaction. But in this case, fans are outraged of what was promised back when the game was first announced back in 2018, including a lot of missing features such as "new" cutscenes with cinematic camera works (not all, only some, but it still could have been better). There are also no LAN, no Clans, no friend list, the loading missions page lags and many more. 

That said, Blizzard have given an official response on the backlash on their forum. Here's what they said:
