It seems that an HONOR smartphone after splitting with Huawei has been spotted on TENAA, which suggests that it might be a rebranded Huawei nova 8 SE, which was unveiled in China not too long ago. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, this gives us a better idea on what to expect when the device is officially unveiled globally.

In terms of the tech specs, the smartphone in question is expected to come equipped with either a Dimensity 720 or Dimensity 800U chipset, 8GB RAM, up to 256GB ROM, FHD+ display, and a 3800mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

Camera-wise, it has a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP rear camera while the front has a 16MP selfie camera. With all that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that HONOR has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.

Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date and local pricing for the listed HONOR device. What are your thoughts on HONOR’s new smartphone after the split with Huawei? Let us know on our Facebook page and for more updates like this, stay tuned to TechNave.com.
