We have mentioned this quite a few times already - the honor 10 (not to be confused with View10) will be revealed globally in England on 15 May 2018. However, today we got ourselves some goodies, not only were we treated to a first look at the smartphone but as well as the official launching date for Malaysia!

According to honor Malaysia, the official honor 10 launch is scheduled for 22 May 2018. That's just after a week after its global launch and if you think about it, that's really fast as we usually have to wait for at least a month or so. Anyway, without further ado, here are our hands-on pictures below!

So here's the Phantom Blue model that we got in our hands, why is it called that is because if you look from a different angle, you will see some shades of purple appearing, or else it will look normal but still beautiful nonetheless. The dual rear camera behind is 16MP (f/1.8) + 24MP (f/1.8), along with AI Camera which should work the same as the P20 series

On the front, it carries a 5.84-inch LTPS IPS LCD display, with a 19:9 screen-to-body aspect ratio, running in 1080p. Also, if you take a closer look at the top, there's the notch with the 24MP front camera

The phone design is honor's most premium looking device yet, with curves on both sides, here's the purple shade coming out from a different angle

The honor 10 will be using a USB Type-C port, the 3.5mm headphone jack makes it too and there's an infrarred sensor on top of the phone. Camera bump is very obvious, though

So what about the price tag? Unfortunately, honor Malaysia wouldn't tell us anything so here goes our speculation. If we do a direct conversion from the China market, the 6GB + 64GB model is 2599 Yuan (~RM1609), while the 6GB + 128GB model is 2999 Yuan (~RM1856). This is their most expensive price tag and of course, we haven't added in the tax and GST yet but since Malaysia is only getting the 4GB + 128GB model, combining with the fact that honor 8 Pro was RM1999 upon its released - we are betting that it would probably be around RM2k more or less.

So what do you think of the phone? Love it or hate it? Let us know in the comments below and by the way, only Phantom Blue and Phantom Green are coming to Malaysia. Expect to see more honor 10 news at TechNave.com in the coming weeks.
