For those who are looking for a house to buy in the near future, getting one from I&P Group may be your best choice. Why? With every new purchase of a house, the developer will throw in a free one-year subscription for TM Unifi 30Mbps, complete with the HyppTV Aneka Pack.
This package is the result of recent collaboration between Telekom Malaysia (TM) and I&P Group, a subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). Under the deal, future owners of I&P Group’s upcoming properties in Klang Valley and Johor will be able to enjoy for 12 months of free subscription to Unifi. There are no list of locations that will enjoy this privilege but Lowyat.net has spotted a number of upcoming residential projects that may be part of the rollout. These includes Meru in Klang and Salak Tinggi in Dengkil for Selangor. For Johor, the website listed Taman Pelangi, Taman Pelangi Indah 2, and Tanjung Kupang as upcoming developments for I&P. This is important, as TM will be deploying telecommunication services at I&P GROUP future developments for the next three years.
