What a lovely Friday! Today, in vivo India's official website, someone might have gotten too excited and released everything about the upcoming vivo V9 smartphone. This includes the price tag, full tech-specs list and release dates but for Thailand and India. Check out everything you need to know about the V9 below!
According to the image below, this is what the V9 will feature:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor
- 4GB of RAM
- 64GB ROM (expandable memory up to 256GB)
- Measures 154.81 x 75.03 x 7.89 mm, weighs 150g
- 6.3-inch Fullview FHD+ display (19:9 aspect ratio)
- 16MP + 5MP dual rear camera, 24MP front camera
- Features fingerprint sensor, face access, smart split, AR stickers, A.I. Face Beauty, triple card slot (dual SIM + microSD card), microUSB 2.0
- Supports 4G, VoLTE, 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity
- FunTouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo
- 3260mAh battery
As for the price tag, don't take the figure seriously as it's meant to divert the real cost. Sources think the phone will cost 25,000 Rupee and that's around ~RM1510, just about right for our local price but we shall see about that. It will also be available in Pearl Black and Gold. Also, all the camera sensors have an aperture of f/2.0.
For Thailand, it will be arriving on 22 March and for India, it will be 27 March 2018. With the given sneak peaks by vivo Malaysia lately, we think the V9 should also arrive in Malaysia around the same time, so it has to be the end of March.
