If you visit GSC often, chances are you have already heard of IMAX with laser technology. Now made available for the public, Malaysians and movie lovers will get to experience their very first IMAX with Laser Hall at GSC IOI City Mall 2 (East).
According to GSC, the IMAX with Laser Hall delivers a next-level immersive experience. While we haven't really experienced it ourselves, we imagine it's more or less the same with the ordinary IMAX but with laser projection which offers better movie-viewing quality. This includes colour contrasts and visual movement on the big screen.
GSC also announced that Marvel's upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be available for IMAX with Laser Hall, priced at RM42 for adults, and at RM27 for senior citizens, children and OKUs. There is a total capacity of 220 seats and no further announcements of expanding IMAX with Laser Hall to other GSC theatres.
