If you frequently use GeForce Now for your PC or Mac, this news might surprise you. Recently, Nvidia announced that GeForce Now will feature ads on its Cloud Gaming service. That said, what should you know about it?

For your information, this announcement arrived in the emails for everyone who uses GeForce Now. This change will happen starting 5 March 2024. According to the announcement, you will see a 2-minute ad before each gaming session. We have yet to confirm other details on this matter. However, we could expect the ad-length break will vary.

In addition, this is a common practice by big conglomerates. Streaming services such as Hulu, Disney+ and even Amazon has enforced this change. The idea is to boost the paid subscription by encouraging you to get rid of the ad. A one-minute ad is still tolerable. But 2 minutes? That might be too much for some people.
