As reported from Samsung's new blog post, the company will be unveiling more surprises in January 2021. In addition, we also just got ourselves some information about the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's score in Geekbench 5, showcasing the power of Exynos 2100.

We already know that the Galaxy S21 series would be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, but that's not the case for every country like Malaysia. Traditionally, we have always been receiving the Exynos models so it won't be any different in 2021. According to Geekbench 5, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is featuring an Exynos 2100 chipset, alongside 12GB of RAM and running on Android 11 out of the box.

From the result, the Exynos 2100 chipset scored 1006 points in Single-Core and 3059 points for Multi-Core. In comparison with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, there isn't much difference between the scores but both models are not fully optimized yet. It's also noted that the Exynos 2100 CPU is clocking at 2.21 GHz.

Should the rumours be true, the Exynos 2100 is actually capable of clocking up to 2.91 GHz, as well as 2.81 GHz on the three Cortex-A78 cores and the aforementioned 2.21 GHz on the four Cortex-A55 cores. We aren't that far away from 2021 now, so let's just sit back and wait for the official UNPACKED announcement soon.
