Google has already introduced a video-generating feature with its generative AI technology Veo for YouTube Shorts. In the future, it looks like Google may bring a similar feature directly to the Gemini app for smartphones. So, what should you know about it?
According to Android Authority, they found a code in the Google app that hints this feature will be included. For example, the use of the terms videogen, video generation, “Working ……”, “We will notify you when it's ready”, and several others. Since the Google app is the core of the Gemini app for Android devices, this feature is likely to be included in Gemini. You may be able to type in a prompt to generate a short video like Sora by OpenAI.
We have yet to confirm other details on the feature. So, we should wait for more confirmation from Google. Hopefully, everything will be sorted out soon.
