DirectD has posted an update on their Facebook page stating that all HONOR smartphones that are not able to access to selected apps on the Google Play Store, will be eligible for a full refund. However, it is best to note that the HONOR smartphones must be purchased from DirectD along with a valid warranty in order to perform a refund.
The selected applications include any of the apps offered by Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
