LazadaCare Plus is gives you an extended warranty by Lazada for selected electronic items bought through the website which includes smartphones, tablets, other electronics and LazMall retail items. This means that on top of the 18 months warranty that comes with the Redmi Note 7, you will also receive an extra 1 to 2 year warranty starting after your 18 month warranty ends.
The LazadaCare Plus covers accidental damage which includes cracking on the screen and lens as well as liquid damage and electrical and mechanical defects. Product replacements also covered by this warranty if the costs of repair is more than the price of the phone itself. If the device is not available, you will be given a refund in the form of Store Credits. LazadaCare Plus is also eligible to be claimed at any Xiaomi local contact center.
