During the launch of the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom in Malaysia, OPPO Malaysia has told the media that not only the consumers will be able to enjoy the given local warranty, but as well as internationally. In other words, Malaysian consumers will be able to enjoy OPPO's International Warranty Service (IWS).
Coming bundled together with the phone for free, this also means that the IWS is only applicable to the OPPO Reno 10x zoom (CPH 1919) model, so if you ever experience a faulty software issue or you accidentally break the phone, you don't need to wait until you get home as you will have phone repair services and upgrades. The countries below are the official list that offers IWS:
- Asia-Pacific - Malaysia, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan,
- Africa - Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Nigeria, Tunisia, Tunisia
- Middle-east - Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates
- Europe - Russia, Kazakhstan, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Turkey
