Google recently announced that their updated Google Health Coach app is available in Malaysia. Powered by Gemini, it works with the Google Health app for fitness, sleep and nutrition tracking and provides intelligent health suggestions.
A dynamic health advisor?
According to Google, the Health Coach will use user data, location and weather to adapt workout suggestions so it can determine when it’s too hot or raining to run outdoors and so forth.

It will roll out to Malaysians on the existing Fitbit app while Google Fit users will be migrated later this year. You can ask it to make an exercise session or track nutrition from just a photo. However, it will only be available as part of the Google Health Premium subscription ($9.99/mo / ~RM 40.65/mo), but Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers get access for free. Google says that it won’t use exercise data for ads.
