Have you ever wondered how your profile is shown to the other users on Google Maps after all the ratings you’ve given to the locations you’ve been before? It is said that users were not allowed to edit their public profiles before but you are able to do it now!

Google rolled out an update that lets users customize their public profiles on Google Maps. The option is now available in a new ‘Your Profile’ tab which you can find in the side menu. When you’re in it, you get to edit and manage your public profile like changing your profile picture and adding a bio to it.
