Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is particularly useful for performing quick edits on images such as removing objects or expanding the image size compared to the original image. But with us dealing with the issue of fake images, Google is now starting to display information on images edited using AI.
For your information, you can see a new list of AI Info on the Info Panel. If the picture is edited with AI, it will tell what AI is used and what type of editing is done. Every photo editing using the Magic Editor, Magic Eraser and Zoom Enhance features on Photos will display information like this.
Thanks to this feature, at least the process of guessing whether the image seen is SOOC or has been manipulated using various AI editing applications on the market today. We have yet to confirm other details on the news. Hopefully, Google will reveal more about it soon.
