When it comes to leaks, the ones for Google products tend to be from rather official sources. For example, there's the initial leak of the Android 11 Preview and specs for the Motorola One Fusion+. Now it seems the official image of the Google Pixel 4a was also leaked.

According to 9to5Google, the Google Store has leaked the official render of the Pixel 4a, which is expected to launch later this month. We've seen plenty of leaks and rumours of this mid-range device in the past months, so this official render confirms what the device looks like. You can see the same rectangle camera module that the Pixel 4 has, except it's a single rear-camera while the front has the punch-hole selfie camera. There's also a fingerprint sensor at the back.

In terms of tech specs, the Pixel 4a is expected to have a Snapdragon 730 chipset, 6GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of internal storage. It should also have a relatively compact 5.81-inch display, 3080mAh battery, and support for 18W fast-charging. Allegedly, this model will retail for USD300 (~RM1281), which is a bit pricier than most mid-range devices with this kind of specs.

Of course, the big thing about Google Pixel devices has always been the vanilla Android OS but Google has never launched any of its devices in Malaysia. You'll probably need to import these if you want one, but would you be interested in doing so? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
