According to the photo uploaded by DroidReader via ITHome, the image shows the matte back covers and retail boxes of the two Pixel 8a phones. It is reported that the colourway for these two mobile phones is "Gulf Blue" and "Mint Green" respectively. Compared with similar colours to last year's Pixel 8 series, the colour matching of Pixel 8a is quite eye-catching.
In addition, this photo shows the phones in what could be a “For Sale” section in the Moroccan market. Plus, the new phone could feature a Google’s self-developed Tensor G3 processor, a 120Hz refresh rate display, and a 4500mAh battery that supports 27W fast charging. However, the camera may follow the configuration of Pixel 7a, using a 64MP main camera and a 13MP secondary camera.
Moreover, the price of Pixel 8a may also become the highest among the A-series Pixel phones, expected to exceed US$500 (~RM2388.89). Google will launch its 2024 I/O conference on May 14.
