Aside from Maxis and CelcomDigi, we also reported that Senheng, senQ and Urban Republic will also offer the Google Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL, and surprisingly, the Pixel 9 Pro is also available (but only arriving in September). Officially, the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL's starting prices are at RM3,999, RM5,199 and RM5,699 respectively.
On Urban Republic's website, customers can make a deposit of RM300 to secure a Pixel 9 Pro XL and make a full payment once it has been delivered to their homes or simply pick it up at the stores. Similarly to Maxis and CelcomDigi, Urban Republic is also offering bank offer savings of up to RM100, SURE Club points rewards, a RM250 cash voucher, a free Otterbox 50W power adapter (first 200 customers) and a PWP on selected accessories at RM119.
As for Senheng and senQ, both stores offer the same benefits. This includes:
- Extra 3 years warranty
- Free delivery nationwide
- 0% EPP up to 60 months
- Bank point redemption
- Trade-In worth up to RM200* upon purchase
- Storage upgrade
- Google Premium Service
- Pixel Voucher of RM250
- Instant Rebate of RM100 for UOB customers, on a first-come, first-served basis
On top of that, the Google Pixel Store has also officially launched on Lazada and Shopee. Interestingly, the Pixel 9 Pro model is not listed within the two platforms, customers who purchase any of the Pixel 9 phones there will get a free Google Pixel tote bag, Google Pixel stickers and a Google phone stand. There's also a Pixel 9 Pro XL protective casing for RM189 but only on Shopee.
Speaking of the Pixel 9 series, we were told that the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will not launch in Malaysia. However, the Malaysian market will definitely see the next-gen Pixel 9 Pro Fold next year so until then, we have to wait and see.
