Google is developing a one-stop hub for all your streaming services

If you're someone who is subscribed to multiple video streaming services, you may be interested in a new feature that Google is working on. The latest Google Chrome Canary version has a new feature that functions as a video streaming services hub. Although it's not completely functional yet, Google is most likely testing the feature internally.

Thanks to keen eyes from Chrome Story, we got a glimpse of what this feature could do. The new feature is called Kaleidoscope and can be accessed via Chrome Canary by inputting chrome://kaleidoscope/ into the browser address bar. In the screenshot provided, you can see that the icons for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus were included. For Malaysia, we probably won't get Disney Plus though.

Additionally, there's a statement on the page that says you'll be able to "see all your favorite shows in one place". Clicking next doesn't do anything at the moment, however, as the feature is still in development. While we don't know much about how this feature will look or work yet, it sounds like you'll be able to watch all the shows from different video streaming platforms in one browser tab.

Mind you, it could be a long time before Google launches this feature, assuming it can be done. But a one-stop video hub could be great, especially if they can make an app version of it. What do you think? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
