Google is now offering a new option that helps users remove the search history in the last 15 minutes. The feature was supposed to make it by the end of last year, as announced at the previous Google I/O. However, due to unknown reasons, the company is only releasing it now.

To do that, users would have to open the Google app and tap on the profile picture to look for the "Delete last 15 min" option. If you couldn't find it, Google spokesperson Ned Adriance has confirmed that they are "rolling this feature out on the Google app for Android and expect it to be available to everyone using the app in the next few weeks."

The ability to delete 15 minutes of search history could be convenient to some users. It eliminates the need to manually delete each search history that happened in such a short amount of time. Google allows for deleting as long as 3, 18, or 36 months of search history, so it's good to know that it's considering the users who want to do that the other way around.
