Google is reportedly working on improving the ‘Find My Device’ feature on Android devices. Maybe coming to Google Pixel smartphones in the near future, the feature allows users to track their devices even when they are powered off.

Revealed by tipster Kuba Wojciechowski via 91mobiles, the feature is similar to how Apple implements ‘Find My’ on their products. According to Kuba, the feature will be called ‘Pixel Power-off Finder’ on Google’s Pixel devices.

To achieve this, Google is touted to be working on building a huge network of all Android devices and locator tags such as Apple AirTags. Google has also been rumoured to release a similar product like the latter.

Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet. Well, do make sure to stay tuned to TechNave for the latest development on this and for trending tech news.
