Different companies lead into the holiday season in different ways, some with discount sales and some with new products. So, what about Google? A Google Play Store sales would have been nice, but it looks like Google is going to bring some new features to Android instead. Six of them, in fact.

According to the announcement, there will be a new version of Emoji Kitchen, more audiobooks on Google Play, Voice Access, Go Tab for Google Maps, expanded Android Auto support, and Nearby Share. From what we understand, some of these updates may have Android OS restrictions, but you won't be locked to a specific Android version.

With the updated Emoji Kitchen, you can now mix and max multiple emojis for a combination of up to up to 14000 emojis. Then there's the beta for Voice Access for people with disabilities, which lets you use voice commands like "open photos" or "tap search" to navigate your Android device. Another feature we want to highlight is the Go Tab, which lets you navigate on Google Map easily with just one tap.

If you want to find out more about the new updates, Google's blog post has more details included. Let us know which one you find more useful for you in the comments below and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
