Grab's new service GrabMart is here and let's find out what does it offer

Many of the Grab users are not only using the app for e-hailing service, other services like GrabFood has also been favoured among Malaysians as well. To bring more convenience to the users of their app, Grab Malaysia has now launched a new service which allows you to buy goods and services from their app. The service is called GrabMart and it has started as a beta version for the users to test out the feature. 

GrabMart provides the users to buy goods like groceries, books, fruits, health and beauty products, stationeries and more right from the app. The stores which can be found participating in the service are Caring Pharmacy, MyNews, MPH Bookstores, and Guardian at the moment. 

The locations covered are limited as well as they are still testing the service. Only users from Bandar Utama, Damansara Uptown, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kota Damansara, Mont Kiara, Hartamas and Mutiara Damansara are eligible to make purchases from the stores.

It is said that the delivery hours will be the same as the operating hours of the stores which are usually from 9am to 10pm. The delivery fees will be ranging from RM5 to RM9 depending on the traveling distance.  Also, deliveries will be carried out by both GrabExpress and GrabFood riders.
