Grab to feature OpenAI technology for its Customer Service chatbots and more


Grab today announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI, where both parties will jointly develop and offer solutions based on artificial intelligence to Grab's customers, users, and employees. That said, what should you know about it?

As an initial step, OpenAI will offer ChatGPT Enterprise services to all Grab employees worldwide. In addition, among the things that will be integrated is the use of OpenAI technology to help those with vision and hearing problems - especially elderly users.
