HMD confirms Android O upgrade for all Nokia smartphones

Not even a week has passed since the release of the Nokia 3, 5 and 6 in Malaysia and already we're hearing great news for the promising trio.

Yes that's right, HMD Global has confirmed that all Nokia smartphones will be receiving the coveted Android O upgrade as soon as Google makes it available to OEMs. This may even include the upcoming Nokia 9 which we will probably see in the near future.

However, even if Google were to release Android O by the American fall (23 September 2017), it will take a good amount of time before HMD is able to provide the update available for all Nokia devices. The global release should cover Malaysia as well but if not, you can expect it to come soon after that.
