In another event in China, HONOR also unveiled its latest HONOR 100 and HONOR 100 Pro phones. Both phones also look quite different from each other with exclusive colours but what about the tech specs?
Despite the distinctive look between the two, the tech specs of the HONOR 100 and 100 Pro are similar. The only differences are the chipsets, which are the first-ever Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, respectively. In addition, the OLED screen measures 6.7 and 6.78 inches, respectively as well.
Both share the same 50MP Sony IMX906 primary camera with OIS and 12MP ultrawide dual rear camera, but only the pro has an extra 32MP telephoto lens with OIS and can go up to 50x digital zoom, whereas the HONOR 100 reaches up to 10x zoom only. Also, the 50MP front camera is the same but the pro uses a Sonyy IMX816 sensor.
Moving on, the 5000mAh battery is in both phones with 100W Super Fast Charging technology. The HONOR 100 Pro supports wireless charging too with 66W and can even support reverse charging wirelessly, while the vanilla variant does not. Last but not least, the operating system is MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13 and the latest series supports 5G, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC connectivity.

In terms of pricing, the HONOR 100 and 100 Pro have a couple of memory configurations each so here are the official pricing in Chinese Yuan.
- HONOR 100 (12GB + 256GB) - 2499 Yuan (~RM1640)
- HONOR 100 (16GB + 256GB) - 2799 Yuan (~RM1837)
- HONOR 100 (16GB + 512GB) - 2999 Yuan (~RM1968)
- HONOR 100 Pro (12GB + 256GB) - 3399 Yuan (~RM2231)
- HONOR 100 Pro (16GB + 256GB) - 3699 Yuan (~RM2428)
- HONOR 100 Pro (16GB + 512GB) - 3999 Yuan (~RM2625)
- HONOR 100 Pro (16GB + 1TB) - 4399 Yuan (~RM2888)
HONOR Malaysia is very likely to announce the HONOR 100 Series for the Malaysian market but until then, we just have to wait for the news.
