Not long after the launch of HONOR 50 in Malaysia, the brand has announced its successor, the HONOR 60, today. The latest series brings two devices, including the vanilla HONOR 60 and HONOR 60 Pro. If you've been following the news, you would've known that the devices are not serving a new look. However, let's find out the internal upgrades that these two brought!

The HONOR 60 gets powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, while the Pro variant gets the Snapdragon 778G+. For display, they use OLED with the size ranging from 6.67-inch to 6.78-inch, which the Pro variant gets a slightly bigger view. Those panels also support a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, they pack the same 4,800mAh battery that comes with 66W fast charging.

Furthermore, both of them pack a 108MP primary sensor. However, the Pro variant gets an upgraded ultra-wide-angle camera with a 50MP sensor and a field of view of 122º, which can also do macro photography with a focus distance of just 2.5cm. The vanilla model keeps the 8MP ultra-wide lens from the previous generation. Lastly, the third module on the back for both models is a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the vanilla HONOR 60 uses a 32MP sensor, and the Pro variant uses a 50MP one.

For the price, the vanilla HONOR 60 starts at 2,700 Yuan (~RM1,781) for the 8/128GB model, but there are also 8/256GB and 12/256GB options (each step up adds ~RM197 to the price). The 60 Pro starts at 3,700 Yuan (~RM2,441) for an 8/256GB trim. It can also upgrade to 12/256GB. The HONOR 60 series devices will be available in four colour options - Black, Blue, Green, and Gradient.

It's still unsure when the device will reach the local market. Stay tuned to TechNave.com, and we will bring you the latest update if there's any.
