Today, HONOR Malaysia finally announced the arrival of the HONOR 70. The pre-order for the phone is now live until 26 August 2022 at the price of RM1999.
Should you pre-order it, you will get some freebies worth up to RM597. According to the company, the freebies include a pair of HONOR Earbuds 2 Lite, HONOR 70 casing and a one-year extended warranty. The local set that we are getting is 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in Crystal Silver, Emerald Green and Midnight Black.
Since it was released before in China, here's a quick breakdown of the HONOR 70. It features a 6.67-inch OLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset, runs on Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12 out of the box, and a 4800mAh battery with 66W SuperCharge technology.
One of the highlighted features would be the camera. The triple rear camera is 54MP (main) + 50MP (ultrawide and macro) + 2MP (depth) and supports 4K video recording. Meanwhile, the front camera is 32MP hanging out on the top centre as a punch-hole cutout. Of course, the HONOR 70 has 5G connectivity as well.
