Today, HONOR Malaysia has finally unveiled the HONOR Magic 4 Pro in Malaysia. At the price of RM3999, the phone is now available for pre-order starting from today onwards (5 PM) until 10 June 2022.
For the pre-order details, the Magic 4 Pro will be available in one memory variant which is the 8GB + 256GB model. Available in three colours (black, blue and gold), customers who purchase the phone during the pre-order period will get to bring home freebies that are worth RM1656. It includes a free Watch GS 3, a Magic 4 Pro phone case, 6-month screen crack protection and a 1+1 extended warranty.
To recap, the Magic 4 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, a large 6.81-inch Flex OLED supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. HONOR also claims the phone to be the industry's first LTPO display with a 1920Hz PWM Dimming rate. If you don't know what that is, it simply means Pulse-Width Modulation that adjusts the display's brightness.
At the camera corner, the camera design consists of a 50MP (main) + 50MP (ultrawide) + 64MP (telephoto) setup. There's a dTOF and Flicker Sensor too that assist the camera sensor to detect subjects better, and its zoom in can reach up to 100x. Moreover, HONOR has integrated an advanced photoshoot for video recording and it can record up to 4K@60FPS.
The Magic 4 Pro is running on Magic UI 6 based on Android 12 but perhaps one of the highlights is the fast charging technology. The HONOR SuperCharge can reach up to 100W which can charge up the 4800mAh battery to 50% in just 15 minutes. Finally, the company is continuing its trademark GPU Turbo X feature for mobile gaming and the phone has IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
