After the launch in mid-October, HONOR officially confirmed that the HONOR Magic8 Pro will soon launch in Malaysia. Following its debut in China last month, Malaysian fans can now eagerly await the arrival of HONOR’s latest innovation, especially for its much-talked-about photography upgrades.

The HONOR Magic 8 Pro is powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It houses a large 7200mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 80W wireless charging for fast and efficient power delivery.
On the front, the device features a 6.71-inch quad-curved LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Photography takes centre stage with a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50MP main sensor (f/1.6, OIS), a 200MP telephoto lens with approximately 3.7× optical zoom (f/2.6), and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies and facial recognition, the Magic 8 Pro includes a 50MP front camera accompanied by a 3D depth sensor.
The phone also offers advanced durability and connectivity, featuring IP68/IP69/IP69K water and dust-resistance, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and custom AI imaging enhancements. It runs on Android 16 with MagicOS 10 layered on top and introduces a new AI hardware button located on the frame for quick access to functions such as video calling.
