Not only did HONOR launch the HONOR Magic6 Pro flagship but also a new AI-powered laptop, the HONOR MagicBook Pro 16. At the event, HONOR said it was designed for seamless cross-OS collaboration so here's what you need to know.

Leveraging performance enhancements from HONOR's platform-level AI with cutting-edge CPU and GPU, the HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 makes sharing notifications and synchronization materials across HONOR smartphones, PCs, and tablets convenient through MagicRing. As a pro variant, it has high-end specs featuring an Intel Core Ultra 7 155G processor, an NVIDIA RTX 4060 GPU, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

As the name suggests, it sports a 16-inch FullView display and supports 3072 x 1920 pixel resolution, 500 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 and sRBG colour gamut and HDR support. It uses a 75Wh battery and HONOR also said that the MagicBook Pro 16 has 10 hours of usage according to the PCMark 10's battery test.

The MagicBook Pro 16 looks like an ordinary laptop and comes with a full-sized keyboard, including the numpad on the right. However, it does have a nice subtle rainbow colour effect on the cover lip which was made possible thanks to the 3D Colouring Spray Technology. There are also six speakers all around with Spatial Audio and two mics.

The HONOR MagicBook 16 Pro, available in White and Midnight Black will be available starting from Q2 2024. We think the MagicBook Pro 16 has a good chance of coming to Malaysia so until then, let's just wait for HONOR Malaysia's official announcement.
