HONOR X6b release - 50MP main camera, 90Hz LCD & 5200mAh battery

HONOR has quietly announced its latest affordable smartphone offering for the global market, the HONOR X6b. Featuring some compelling specs for its price, read on to learn more. 

The X6b is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with either 4 or 6GB and 128 or 256GB storage. Under the hood, there’s also a 5200mAh battery with support for 35W charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.56-inch 90Hz TFT LCD with an HD+ resolution and a water-drop notch housing the 5MP selfie shooter. At the rear, there’s a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. 

Other notable specs include Android 14 via MagicOS 8.0, the Dynamic Island-esque Magic Capsule feature, only up to LTE connectivity, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack and colour options of either Forest Green, Starry Purple, Ocean Cyan and Midnight Black.
