HONOR X70 5G reportedly features a whopping 8300mAh battery, 80W charging and SD 6 Gen 4 SoC

The HONOR X70i 5G was released in China in April, and now, the company is gearing up for the release of the HONOR X70 5G sometime this month. In fact, the smartphone has practically been leaked online, so read on to learn more about the specs.

According to PlayfulDroid, which sourced a couple of tipsters on Weibo, real-life photos of the X70 5G have been leaked online. Instead of the squircle camera module on the X70i 5G, the X70 5G sports a circular camera module. 

Specs-wise, the photos showed a whopping 8300mAh battery, which supports 80W charging via the USB-C port. Under the hood, the X70 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, with other memory configurations also expected at launch. Notably, the 512GB variant is touted to feature 80W wireless charging on top of the 80W wired charging. 

Screen-wise, it’s a 6.79-inch flat OLED with a 1.5K resolution. Other specs showcased in the leak include a 50MP main camera at the rear, an 8MP selfie shooter, Android 15 via MagicOS 9.0, and colour options of either blue, black, white or blue.
