Back in November 2023, HONOR Malaysia released the HONOR X9b 5G at the price of RM1499. But at the time, there was only one variant which was the 256GB model and it remained that way until now. Today, the company announced a new model - 512GB.
The upgraded device is now available for purchase on the HONOR official website and at nationwide stores for RM1699, offered in Sunrise Orange and Midnight Black. Buyers will receive complimentary gifts worth RM759, including the HONOR Choice Earbuds X5 and a 365-day Front and Back Crack Replacement.
Additionally, the 256GB storage variant remains available for purchase at a discounted price of RM1399 on the HONOR website for a limited time. You can also bring home gifts worth RM858, consisting of HONOR Choice Earbuds X5, 365-day Front and Back Crack Replacement, and a phone case. The device comes in three urs - Sunrise Orange, Titanium Silver, and Midnight Black.
In terms of tech specs and features, both models are identical. For instance, the HONOR X9b 5G can go up to a total of 20GB of RAM due to the extra 8GB virtual RAM. Moreover, the battery is still 5800mAh which can last up to 3 days on regular usage. Other highlighted features include the 108MP Ultra Clear Camera, a 6.78-inch 120Hz Retina display, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and more.
