It was only two days ago when we reported that HONOR is gearing up for a new Win series gaming phone in China. Today, the company confirmed that it will be launched on 26 December 2025 with two top-tier tech specs. The lineup will include at least one flagship-tier model powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with an exceptionally large 10000mAh battery.

Two Powerhouse Tech Spec Hardware

Official teasers and leaked screenshots shared online confirm that the HONOR Win will feature a 10000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, a noteworthy leap beyond even other large-cell contenders such as the Red Magic 11 Pro’s 8000 mAh pack. The image was circulated by a Weibo user and amplified by an HONOR R&D engineer, lending credibility to the capacity figure.

On the other hand, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, one of the company’s most powerful mobile platforms to date. It shouldn't be a surprise, as most gaming phones will be equipped with the best Snapdragon flagship chipsets for mobile gaming capability.

Other Leaks: Large Display, High-End Memory and Optimisations

Leaks suggest the HONOR Win could sport a 6.83-inch OLED display offering a sharp 1.5K resolution of 2800 × 1272 pixels. The memory configuration is expected come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and an additional 16GB of virtual RAM to support demanding multitasking and app workflows. HONOR's own C1+ RF enhancement chip and E2 power-efficiency chip are also reportedly onboard to optimise connectivity and battery management.

Photography is set to be competitive as well, with the Win tipped to include a triple-camera setup headlined by a 50MP sensor. The phone is said to be available in classic black, white, and blue finishes.

A New Direction From HONOR

The Win series is widely anticipated to succeed HONOR's performance-oriented GT lineup, pushing the brand further into high-end gaming and power-user territory. Render leaks and reports also suggest the series will include an active cooling fan, which is a common feature in long gaming sessions or demanding workflows.

We are only a week away from the reveal, so until then, stay tuned for the official news only at TechNave.com.
