It's been a while since we heard of HP Malaysia. The last one was opening a new Experience Hub store in Pavilion Bukit Jalil which is one of a kind. Now, there is a new HP Spectre x360 and HP Envy 16 laptops from a starting price of RM6999.
For starters, the Spectre x360 features a 4K OLED 13.5-inch display as well as a 120Hz refresh rate for your visual pleasure. It also functions as a convertible touch display where you can pinch-to-zoom, double tap and so on like on your phone. Not surprisingly, the laptop also features the latest 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and Intel Evo Platform.
On the other hand, the Envy 16 laptop also has the same 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor but coupled with up to Intel Arc Graphics or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. Although it has a large 16-inch display, the laptop weighs only at 2.35kg so that's something. There are a couple of Thunderbolt 4 Type C ports on both laptops, but only the Envy 16 has an HDMI 2.1 port.
HP Malaysia didn't say much about the memory configurations but they are available for purchase now. The Spectre x360 costs RM7199 whereas the Envy 16 is priced at RM6999. If you purchase either one of them now, you can get freebies worth up to RM1500 which include an HP monitor display, a dual-mode mouse, a wireless headset, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Kaspersky Internet Security and Pre-installed Windows and Office 2021.
