HUAWEI has launched an in-car smart screen today as the first after-mounted in-car product supported by HUAWEI HiCar. The in-car smart screen works with smartphones to provide various on-the-road features for users. If you happen to own a HUAWEI smartphone that supports HiCar applications, you can experience an even more seamless transfer or connection. Let's find out what are the tech specs and features of this new HUAWEI in-car smart screen!

The HUAWEI in-car smart screen comes with an 8.9-inch IPS screen, 6mm narrow frame, a resolution of 1920×720, an 8:3 widescreen, and a UI design. Its brightness can go high as 700 nits and equipped with an automatic light-sensing system to automatically adjust the brightness of the screen. With that, no matter which weather condition, you still can view the screen properly so that you won't miss a turn while using the navigation system.

Other than that, the connection between the screen and the base adopts the gimbal head structure used by professional SLR cameras. It will support 360-degree infinite rotation and can be adjusted accordingly. The in-car smart screen also sports a cockpit lift camera to support voice calls or video calls. Meanwhile, the camera on the front can record 2160x1440P quality driving video with an F1.8 large aperture and a 135-degree wide-angle lens. It covers a three-lane driving record, an external camera supports manual adjustment, maximum deflection angle up to 10 degrees, and more.
