Smartwatches and True-Wireless earbuds are now only of the most demanding tech gadgets by consumers aside from smartphones recently. HUAWEI as one of the top smartphone manufacturers has catch this opportunity by releasing another new smartwatch and recently been certified by the Bluetooth SIG.

According to the source, the new certified HUAWEI smartwatch has a different model number from the upcoming HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro and HONOR Watch GS Pro. So we are expecting it to be the HUAWEI Watch Fit that leaked a few weeks ago rather than the Mate Watch series which HUAWEI teases recently that will go official alongside the Mate 40 series.

The new HUAWEI Watch Fit is expected to feature a 1.64-inch AMOLED rectangular display but not the usual rounded ones. It will act more like a fitness tracker which comes with swimming, cycling, running, barometer, built-in GPS tracker, as well as both the sleeping tracking monitor and also a heart rate sensor on the front. As for battery life, it can last around 10 days of battery life.

Either way, we don’t have the official confirmation for the tech spec and releasing date for the HUAWEI Watch Fit yet, so do take this with a pinch of salt. But what we do know is it might be launching in September with the price around 119 Euros (~RM587).
