HUAWEI Consumer Business Group (CBG) today announced the release of the HUAWEI nova 12 series in Malaysia, which is designed with the young and the young at heart in mind. Comprising the nova 12s, nova 12 SE and nova 12i, read on to find out more about the latest HUAWEI offerings in our country.
First up, the nova 12s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. There’s also a 4500mAh battery with support for 66W charging via the USB-C port.
Display-wise, it’s a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED with an FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout at the top centre housing the 60MP Ultra-wide portrait selfie camera.
Meanwhile, the main camera setup at the rear is a 50MP main + 8MP ultra-wide dual-camera setup. The nova 12s also features EMUI 14, NFC and colour options of either Black, Blue or White.
Moving to the nova 12 SE, it’s powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The battery is a 4500mAh cell with support for 66W charging via the USB-C port.
The display is a 6.67-inch 90Hz OLED with an FHD+ resolution, 394ppi and sports a punch-hole cutout housing the 32MP portrait selfie camera.
At the rear, the main camera setup is a 108MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple-camera setup. Other notable specs include EMUI 14, NFC and colour options of either Black or Green.
Lastly, the nova 12i is powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The battery is 5000mAh with support for 40W charging via the USB-C port.
The screen is a 6.7-inch 90Hz IPS LCD with an FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout housing the 8MP selfie shooter. The main camera setup is at the rear, featuring a 108MP main + 2MP secondary dual-camera setup.
Other notable specs include NFC, EMUI 14 and colour options of either Black or Green.
