An initiative to improve graduates marketability
For your information, this initiative aims to increase the marketability of Sarawak graduates with technology training, industry certification, and AI applications in various sectors.
Among the main roles of CENHUA 2.0 are that it will provide industry certification courses in new technologies such as AI, develop academic content based on industry case studies and apply AI to CENTEXS organisational data.
Moreover, it can launch the Huawei Digital Leadership Excellence (DLE) Program in Sarawak, and provide direct guidance to trainees & graduates to increase employment opportunities.
This collaboration further strengthens the CENTEXS–Huawei relationship since 2017, which previously focused on ICT training and the development of Sarawak's digital economy.
"Today's MoU marks the beginning of CENHUA 2.0, expanding from Sarawak and Malaysia to ASEAN. We will rely on Huawei's advice on which countries to start with, but I am open to working with any that need us. Many ASEAN countries already look to Malaysia as a model, so now is the right time to act." - CENTEXS Chief Executive Officer Dato Haji Syeed Mohd Hussien bin Wan Abd Rahman.
